Please note that mounted skis are considered customized and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unmounted condition.
Ship Your Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
